The Doctor is so very broken, isn't he? I do love how you take those aspects of himself and examine them in such minute detail. He does have a martyr's complex. I just hope that Donna, Rose and 10.5 can do something about it.
*whimpers* You are just amazing. Poor fuckwitted Ten. And Rose and Donna and everyone is just so tired of it all. Ooh explaining about Jenny now.. hmm..
This story - especially the last section - really does show how essential Donna is to the Doctor. He needs Rose, but she's not enough, in that (whatever she thinks) she doesn't get him the way Donna does. She loves him, of course, but it's the kind of love that needs him to love her back, which means it's not the unselfish love of a best friend which can give a more impartial perspective. Donna wants what's best for him, whereas Rose wants what's best for both of them.
I do like that Rose is confronting head-on what Davros said to the Doctor, and that she understands him enough to know what that meant to him. That's something I wish we'd seen her do in the episode, because she knows he's not like that, but that he also needs to hear it.
Well, if you do go with the four of them in the TARDIS, it'll be very interesting to see how things work out. Will Rose and the duplicate Doctor become a couple, with the original Doctor looking on from a distance... or will it be 3+1?
Once again, you take the Doctor apart, ready for his friends to put him back together again. There's something about him that so cries out for love, that needs it so much, and yet he won't allow himself to accept it. Where did he get this ideal of endless stoicism? Is it another Time Lord ideal?
Donna and Rose in their separate ways are wonderful, telling him truths yet offering comfort, if he chooses to take it.

Ten should work out how much fun it'll be, travelling with Rose and with Donna and with himself!
