I love Donna's stream of consciousness in this - and even in the midst of meta-crisis she still makes more sense than the Doctor does. I love her telling him that they need to talk, and him instantly telling her that he's listening.
But regenerating... Yes, he did it for Rose and for Wilf and for Peri all those years ago, so why wouldn't he do it for Donna? She's right; he needs her, so very much.
I will just have to pretend he doesn't regenerate into the current Eleven.

I do quite like the idea of Donna and Eleven meeting and adopting little Amelia, though. Probably not enough to write it.
