So I measured myself this morning. The first time since I've started my diet on March 11th. My measurements then were:
Upper Arms: 15.5
Chest: 42.0
Waist: 42.5
Hips: 46.0
Thighs: 25.5
Today:
Upper Arms: 14.5
Chest: 43.5
Waist: 40.0
Hips: 44.0
Thighs: 21.0
So that's:
Upper Arms: -1 inch
Chest: +1 1/2 inch
Waist: -2 1/2 inches
Hips: -2 inches
Thighs: -4 1/2 inches
