At the time (and I still do) I wanted to write an ordinary love story. One were the relationship doesn't have to overcome many obstacles, and so on so forth. So I guess I sort of did that in a way. I wanted to make it so that they were ordinary, maybe even unnecessary.

Yamapi so lost is innocence. I don't know why I keep on portraying him so nicely. I hate him sometimes.

I imagine Maki didn't think much, and that she doesn't even remember him. At least I hope.
