I heard on our local news yesterday that a couple from some Scandinavian country went to Florida to escape their 23-degree weather and they ended up with, well, what Florida has. Talk about out of the frying pan and into the jello salad...
They were probably one of the bitching tourists I was listening to...LOL. I actually had one woman say to me on Monday "what do you mean you can't do anything about this??? I brought my kids here to see Mickey Mouse for Christmas and the weather sucks, you have to do something!!"
You will never know how close I came to saying "Ma'am, if I could control the weather, I sure as hell wouldn't be sitting here listening to you bitch!".....LOL
Oh and btw, she also wants to go to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party on Sunday, Dec 19. The last night it is held. The night that has been sold out for weeks. So I got an earful about that because it never ocurred to her to plan ahead and actually buy her tickets. "You've ruined my vacation!" was her comment before slamming the phone down.
