I bruised one of the bones in my left ankle playing squash and then did it again getting out of the van last thursday. Work is poo, they've got me stuffing envelopes. Family life is a bit fraught. Aunt was taken to hospital and stopped breathing - she's fine now but it was scary for a little while. Mum's back and everything. Didn't go to the pub
