I just got off the phone with another temp agency. They've found a possible position for me. It's a supervisory position (yay for bossing people around!) and it's located much closer to where I live than the last place, and pays a couple bucks an hour more than I thought I'd be able to get. So, Friday was my last day of employment at Rocky Mountain Poison and Drug Center. This is because they have decided to eliminate their evening shift without eliminating any positions, hence, cut the temps. It was sort of sad, really. I'm a jackass. I locked my keys in my car at work today. (No one is anywhere NEAR my work. Also, I have no idea whether a spare set of keys even EXISTS.) So Donny-the-awesomely-smooth-janitor got a coat hanger, and fished my keys out through the cracked driver's side window. Awesome. That situation could have taken HOURS to resolve. I get to keep my job for at least another two weeks. That's two weeks, after this one. Until the 28th. So at least I have one month covered, and I have a little more time to hoard cash...
