I was at work today and a customer came in and bought this pinapple fountain thing that we've been trying to sell for a really long time. Then, as we were carrying it to his car, a piece fell off and broke and of course the manager wasn't there and we didn't have the authority to give a discount so we ended up refunding it and the guy left angrily
