A/N: I confess, writing this has been really hard, not only time wise, which by itself is a struggle, but trying to keep with the "spirit" of the fic. I study a career somewhat related to health, so the first time I wrote this chapter it had more technical stuff than what I wanted, because I want this to be more "from the gut". Aw, I really feel sorry for Neal, his plea for Peter to stay was heartbreaking !
Don't second guess yourself too much, so far this story is perfect to my taste (plot/grammar/everything).
