I've grown sick of being a fatty-chan so I've finally decided to do something about it. I've set a weight loss goal of 40lbs and made a diet and exercise plan to help me achieve this goal. As to not burn myself out, I'll be starting fairly easy and gradually intensifying my workouts and diet.

   That's right, we finally have our electricity back! Woot! I thought I was going to go insane if we had to live like this much longer! We were without power from 6:07AM on Monday to 8:30PM tonight (Thursday)...4 freakin days!!! Now I just need the fitness center I work at to get power back and I'll be all set.

    This morning after I got home from work, I received a sad phone call from my dad. My Uncle Den had a massive heart attack and died. It took hours for the news to actually sink in.
