Hmm. "=" seems to be pulling double duty for "is", and "=/=" scans as "is not". The lines around "prefer" usually mean absolute value, so I'm guessing they're just emphasizing the word. "Factor out" appears to mean "figure out". ">" means "more than or equal to", whereas ">" just means more.

And several words have been replaced by similar-sounding numbers. About "zetta", I don't know. Possibly a dialect.

It's a request for someone to go to the Wilderness with them.
