A world on a toadstool! It does look nice partially coloured. I love the shading everywhere, especially on the water. There's a lot of detail in that picture. I'm looking forward to seeing it finished, too!

Despite the short night, it sounds like you had a great day, and made up for the lack of sleep in the afternoon!

Thank you so much! Now that I look back on it, I do like the effect of it being partly colored too -- it looks like it's gradually coming to life!

It really was a very nice day, even given how much it tired me out.

Thank you! There are some great pictures in this coloring book of castles and fanciful tree houses, they're all so detailed and beautiful!

Because I've been so busy and missed commenting yesterday, I saw the finished one first... which I loved but I like this too, a fairy tale world in the making...

Thank you! Have I mentioned how much I'm loving NaArMaMo, especially this year! Having a good excuse to spend time drawing and coloring is so relaxing, and yet I feel like I'm really accomplishing something by participating. :-)

I'm so glad you're enjoying it :) I find doing my little icons, with no rhyme or reason but what I feel like doing on the day, is fun and also relaxing...

And I love your coloured pictures, you choose the colours so well!

I just treated myself to a new box of *50* colored pencils, I'm excited to start using them. :-)
