The CSF Select Committee published the submissions to its inquiry into the Badman Review this week.

I've had a read of quite a few of them, trying to pick off the ones I recognise as associated with the government side, plus the one home educator who appears to be on their side.

That quote does not directly imply that. Agreement with a described procedure does not indicate that the procedure is (or is not) being followed.

I agree that where tea is not sweet enough, sugar should be provided and added. This does not mean that all current cups of tea are unsweetened, or that I am unaware that I can sugar my own tea.
