I wish I could offer sound advice, but being someone who also lives at home, I'd be a hypocritical hypocrite, so I'll offer hugs and massive amounts of love.

I don't know you very well, and we don't talk much anymore, but I can tell you I understand somewhat your situation and honestly, that one thing you need that's just yours? Is an apartment the hell out of there. I don't know what the job market is like there, but just get anything you can. Even if it's a completely crappy job, it's better than staying at home. There are always cheap apartments if you're willing to live anywhere (just remember to buy some extra locks with one of your pay cheques from said crappy job). Better yet, see if a friend is looking for a roommate and suggest getting a place together. That totally helps with the bills and honestly, just because your parents are assholes and SAY that your friends don't like you, doesn't make that the truth. It makes them abusive
