The first thing I was told to do was to keep a journal.
When I went through post-traumatic stress a couple years ago I saw an art therapist. She was the best for me, she told me to express my feelings in drawings or something artsy. We covered all issues, I dont think I could have made it without her. I would recommend one, they arent there to solve every problem you have but they do breakdown what troubles you most. A lot of the times they work on your past because people are usually stuck in them.
I wouldnt suggest psychologists, they are what most people avoid. All textbook and no feeling.
As for you moving and such, Im sad to see you go but glad that you are taking that step forward into the right direction. Avoid getting attached to girls in the meantime :P
