Since September when I started working out, I have now lost 15 kg! That's around 33 lbs! :D :D :D :D
I am super stoked and this only inspires me to work even harder :)
I am really enjoying the Crossfit training, even though it's SO hard and I'm nervous before each practice. Like, so nervous that my tummy aches and I feel like I need to throw up

There's a guy where I work who's just started CrossFit. He's also raving about how wonderful it is. Maybe I should check it out? I'm pretty happy with my swimming routine, though.
