Flower didn't have such a penchant, he liked going about nekkid! However, the way in which he is continually playing with his tail suggests to me that he may have accessorised it.

Interesting hypothesis, but I don't buy that. I mean, when we first see him, he's as dressed as any cartoon skunk, with that flower behind his ear. I think he'd've liked to be one of Cinderella's helpful creatures so he could turn the offcuts into a fabulous frock!
