In his defense, his check amounts to $10/day for eating. I don't think he's even eating on a daily basis, honestly.

I also don't think that he's taking advantage of us at all -- he sucked at serving, so he wasn't making money from his tips, and he changed jobs to get paid an hourly rate. Yeah, he's 19 -- but the thing is, no one's made him get a job and pay bills before, so he's a little behind on reality.

I think we oughta just get the basement done without his help, and wait and see whether or not he pays rent when he said he would.

I'm actually totally fine with that. I don't think he's INTENTIONALLY being a dick - I just don't think he knows better, honestly.

I already went down and moved the boxes off the futon and bleached the floors. I just need HELP - I can't do it all on my own. If you're willing to help, I'll do it today.
