The ice shifted slowly, and Elle had to struggle to maintain her balance. She could see other ice floes nearby, and she could probably jump to one, but she didn't entirely see the point since ice floes were the only thing she could see. Just... endless ice floes.
She flailed her arms, almost falling over but managing to get her balance again at the last second.
