I think today is time for a real entry. I've pretty much stopped reading livejournal, and I know I'm the only person who tries to read every entry on his friends page in full, but I feel like I have to let everyone know I may not read your entry and I apologize. I've been so lackadaisical lately, not really lazy, just, unmotivated, somewhat

You never know anyone that well. When you meet her you'll know because at that point the voice in your head that doesn't care about knowing and being sure will win out because you won't want to let her slip away. It takes time though. Took me quite some time but you know what when I met Devin I was just comfortable with him, I didn't know everything about him, but that didn't matter because he was funny and bright and lively. there's also more than one person out there for everyone, it's not a do or die situation. Having someone comes with it's own set of problems as well. Basically what I'm saying is when YOUR heart is ready you'll know and then I'll be praying her heart is too. Because you deserve the best kid. No settling. But don't let an amazing girl go by because of fear either. And if you knew EVERYTHING about her you probably would be bored and not want her anymore.

I thought I had replied to this but then I remembered my computer randomly decided to restart before I actually posted it. The book is called The Tattooed Soldier by Héctor Tobar. It's pretty cool. It's about a Guatmalteca who migrates to the US after the civil war takes his family. Leme know if you end up reading it.

There was no rain this year so it's still all dead. Dom Betro sold the land to park & rec and they may or may not be developing it aka no more secret place. Hopefully it will be good to go soon enough that it won't be developed when we get there.
I hope your dad is doing well. I'm trying to get my family to go up and see him soon, I think he'd like that.
