Shoutarou doesn't really know when Philip started to become his one and only partner. At first he really didn't like Philip or want him around, but did because it was Oya-san's dying wish.
BUT
Shoutarou is a baby and a soft-hearted fool. He first started to rely on his ability to look things up ... but then the whole extreme thing.... and then later the ending. So it's safe to say it has come a long way.
Now, Shoutarou cannot think of anyone else as much as he does Philip. We saw this in the final episode. No matter what could happen, It is the simplest and most comforting to think that Philip is and will always be at his side. Sure ,they have their fights. They have A LOT of fights, but in the end, no one will be more important to him, no one will move him, no one will effect him more than Philip does.
He does that the ability to go on alone, but there is no part of him that would ever accept that as an option.
Kaito doesn't even realize he HAS a brother over there. It's best to keep the little Swiper in blissful ignorance.
On Tsukasa.... So far since we've done nothing, it's still pretty canon. He wants to do everything he can to annoy him and keep him at arms length so that he can still do his thing and also doesn't have to deal with anything..... anything dealing with Tsukasa more than work. So ha.
BTW, the muse says not to follow him to Faiz. Takumi has a suspended license and he's in need of a motorcycle.
Yuusuke still thinks of Tsukasa as his best friend. Tsukasa is the person that he wants to help and protect. It was because of him that he was able to so everything that he is doing now. If it wasn't for him, none of these things would have started and he wouldn't have all of the wonderful friends he has now. There is no way that Yuusuke could express his gratitude in words, which is why a lot of their relationship is passed by without much words at all.
Sure, at the beginning, Yuusuke thought that Tsukasa was a self-centered jerk to enjoyed punching Ichijo Ane-san in the face. He could have never seen him spending 10 minutes much less and entire journey with the self-centered bastard. The turning point really seemed to be when Tsukasa took the time out of his day to tell the Grongi master what an awesome guy Yuusuke was. It was really heart warming and we all know that it doesn't take a lot to get Yuusuke to want to be your friend

Kusakabe has come to really like him lately. He finds Kagami a lot more interesting than he initially thought he was. he really didn't think it would be like it is, but at this point he thinks more of Kagami than he does of Souji. Sure they both have done quite a bit for him, but just like a child, the more predominate one will be the one that is in front of him the most. At this point, that's Kagami.
He knew that he use to have that little brother and it sort of does cheapen the feelings of fondness he has over the situation. Still, he appreciates what he's done so far for him, but at this point he doesn't really feel like opening up fully. He's been hurt by both worms and humans a like. Although talking to Souji initially helped him quite a bit, the thought that it was Kagami's father who's the cause of his life like this is still with him.
He'd like to think that if Kagami died, he'd have no attachment to it, but the truth would be that he doesn't want to think of anything bad happening to him.
Yuuto does rely a great deal on Ryoutarou. He doesn't really like Ryoutarou being upset or in a bad situation that he didn't do to him himself. He really didn't think or want it to come to this point. If at all, Yuuto wanted to stat completely detached from everyone in this time. Ryoutarou was the one person who refused at every turn to just let Yuuto fade into the background

Shiramine will be short: Wataru is the legendary Kamen Rider Kiva. Just knowing that makes him drawn to Wataru. Shiramine likes power, beauty and position. Wataru has the potential to have all three
