Frustrated

So, as usual, I've accomplished far less today than I set out to do. :(

I have what feels like a million projects to work on, but I feel like I'm making zero headway. Today I've been trying to work on this purse I'm making my sister for Christmas. I got a little sewing machine to (supposedly) help, but I've just been fighting with the damn thing all

This time of year is crazy, just crazy! I'm amazed anyone gets anything beyond surviving done, to be honest. So if you're hanging in there that's about the best one could hope so. :)

Thanks Jen! I got out of the house for a bit so that made me feel a bit better. Now I think I'm ready to attempt sewing again...

I can greatly emphasize with the not being able to write thing! It's just so frustrating, isn't it? I normally end up rushing the ending of the fic I'm working on, because I just want it done.

Yeah, it definitely is frustrating, and I sometimes rush to the end too. It's like, "Just please let it end!". But, I finally got the sewing machine to do what I wanted and I finished the bag today!

*hugs* November is crap, hang in there!! Not being able to finish stories despite knowing where they should go is terribly annoying. I keep telling myself I won't start anything new until I finish what I have already started, but then I don't feel like writing anything... it's counterproductive. I hope inspiration hits soon and that your sewing machine starts behaving! those things hate me something fierce, I can't sew for my life.

Yeah, exactly! I always tell myself "Oh, I can knock that one out in no time, piece of cake." ...and then I get stuck.

Yeah, I finally got the little beastie to behave and I have worked on fic a little bit today, so I'm feeling much more productive. And I even worked on your mix for your Holiday wishes meme... :)
