What a fantastic fic! I thoroughly enjoyed this one.

"He could feel someone standing, hovering closely behind him.

“Can you not do that?” Batman grumbled. He couldn’t understand why the man always had to stand so damn close to him. It was… distracting.

“Sorry,” Superman chuckled, “I forgot how much you hate that,” but his tone suggested otherwise.

Your Superman/Batman dynamic is just wonderful ... you really captured the characters. I could sense Bruce's annoyance or at least his attempted annoyance with a dash of denial. It was very cute.

I love how they traveled to other universes. I felt bad for Hoshi ... that must've been tough. To see someone so much like his lover yet different. Someone else with the potential to have the happy ending ... a big 'what if' that has got to hurt.

I'm glad they made it back safe though. Each world was very creative and different and such a delight to read.

Bruce answered him with a kiss. It was light, almost chaste, but it held the promise of much more to come ( ... )

Thanks svgurl, I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks! That's Bruce for you. He grumbles and groans a lot but he secretly loves having Clark around.

Yeah, I felt really sad when I was writing that part. Poor Hoshi... to find the love of your life and then to lose them like that. But I think it reminded Bruce and Clark of how dangerous their line of work is. Life's too short.

Beautiful ending ... Bruce & Clark are so perfect together. Your descriptions are amazing and the way you convey emotions is great.

*beams* Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback!

Excellent story, Cavaleira! :)

This scene made me laugh:

"You shot me."

"Yes," the man smirked.

Oh, he was definitely Green Arrow. :)

But it was wonderful to see so many loving versions of Bruce and Clark. Very sad about Hoshi.

Glad 'our' boys decided to follow their counterparts' leads! ;)

Thanks!

I'm glad the Green Arrow scene made you laugh, I was definitely giggling when I was writing it.

Me too. Hoshi's story was so sad that I had to give our boys a happy ending. Add a little sweet to the bitter ;)

Wow. I really enjoyed reading this. I love how your writing flows and the obvious thought you put into weaving the storylines together.

>>stretching on indefinitely like so many ripples on the water.

This was my favourite line. What an excellent way to end a fic! :D

*blushes* Thank you! I had a good time picking the places that they would go. I'm glad you enjoyed the last line as well :)

What a great tour de force tour de multiverse tour de... uh, I ran out of tours. At any rate, I thought this was wonderful. It brought many a smile to my face and spent just enough detail and touches in each place to remind me of the various worlds visited.

Thank you so much for sharing.

Thank you damo, I'm happy you enjoyed it. There's much fun to be had wandering around the multiverse (except in Countdown ;) ).

And thank you for organizing the WFGE!

Whee!! Oh, this was such fun! :D

You did a fantastic job with the different universes - I especially liked the one with Apollo and Midnighter and the one with Hoshi! :)

Hee, and the ending... *happy sigh*

Thanks. Once I picked this prompt I knew I had to throw some Midnighter/Apollo in there. I love that they're actually gay in canon, it's awesome. And Shogun of Steel has always had a special place in my heart. I'm so glad those parts came across well. :)

So glad you enjoyed!
