[Sherlock isn't entirely shocked. Moriarty seemed to always leave he and John out of his public messages, so it figures there was more to his transmission than whatever they were sent. This time, however, he must have mentioned Sherlock, more than likely by name. Jim from IT's post had nothing to do with him, and John was unlikely to cause any morbid interest. Not to mention Batman was more freakishly punctual about these sorts of things.
But that was sloppy of him. Uncharacteristically sloppy. Code, maybe? Batman wasn't too shabby as far as ciphers went. None of this, of course, merited a straight answer.]
