I was flipping through channels a few weeks ago and came across the Lance Chronicles the day before the Tour, and my TV stayed on the same channel for three weeks. I woke up at 7 this morning (seven!?!?!? WTF?!?!?) and decided to go to the community pool. I swam laps this morning for the first time in about 5 years. It was kind of nice.
