Actually, after taking a number of photography classes, I just learned to experiment with some old black and white lens filters I had lying around collecting dust. I could tell you more, but I don't want to bore you to death! :D

I don't think it's boring actually. I like taking pictures myself, but I've never had any sort of training.

Yeah, that's how I started out too. I just took a cheap disposible camera out with me wherever I went and tried to mess up the photos as best I could, and experimented with composition, but then I learned how to manipulate the light and photos myself with a manual camera, and that's a whole other world! :)
