Hey everyone, I haven't updated for a few days so I thought I would. Things have been pretty boring lately for the most part. All I have been doing is running, and working. I have improved a lot as far as running goes. I am up to about 8 miles which is way ahead of what I was at this time last year. Things have been looking up a bit as of late as
