Well, if I continue my trip right away, I´ll be heading South to Sao Paulo, Curibitam, the Iguazu waterfalls, Florianapolis and Porte Alagre before making it to Uruguay. There´s a chance that I´ll be looking for a job and apartmnt here so I can stick around until after Carnaval. It´s all very much up in the air though, right now. I´ll be sure to keep you posted. :)
I didn't know you too use couchsurfing - I'm quite an active couchsurfer as well and it's nice to see the idea of hospitality is really working with you too :)
Needless to say, I'm uber jealous about your trip. Rio is one of my future destinations as well ;)
