If you live in Chicagoland and can't figure out exactly what you want to eat - find a Sweet Tomatoes franchise - it is worth your time and effort as it is bascially a Sizzler or Ponderosa without the overjacked prices, roasted meat stink, and air of desperation. Honestly - it did seem like somebody lost their Meat Delivery Service at a Ponderosa

Does Sweet Tomatoes still serve tomatoes? If this salmonella thing lasts, will they rebrand to Sweet?

That's just Roma tomatoes, that, in the end, are not all that sweet (they tend to be meatier and best for making into tomato sauces. Beefsteak tomatoes, along with cherry and grape tomatoes, are safe to consume.
