seaux - i thought i was going to get out of that meeting and be able to run directly to my computer and tell all of you what will be included on my masters recital... but i can't. and it's all my fault. we have the entire thing planned - EXCEPT - i have to decide between two pieces.... and all of you are going to help me.... i hope ( Read more... )

Based on music, I would have to say Maslanka 4.

Based on the work involved, I'm sure you're leaning toward Niagra Falls. I wouldn't want to know a 30 minute score inside and out - it's tough enough on a 10 minute ditty.

Good luck. Duplicate some recordings. I'd love to hear it all.

if you did the maslanka, couldn't you just take away the sweelinck? that piece sucks anyways! lol

can't take away the Sweelinck. i MUST have something from the Baroque or Renaissance periods. you know this - you have to do a recital as well :D
