Replace the url below with your own, and remove the periods after the <. To find the url of a picture already on the internet, right click and select "properties". To host a picture, try Photobucket.
Every picture has a URL (universal resource locator), its address on the web. So if a picture already exists on a web page, you can just right click on it and select "Properties" and the URL is listed. For instance, here is the logo for the email I use:
