please don't run on a knee that might be injured. i know it must suck for you to not be able to run, but omg if you somehow damaged it permanently, then running would be out forever. at least put off running on it until you get it looked at by a doc who can tell you if its ok or not. b, if it hurts, then that's not good. the bones might be just fine. it could be something with the fluid sac around the knee or anything that might not show up on an x-ray. listen at me fussing at you. i'm sorry. i just worried when i saw that that you might start running on an injured knee and hurt it worse or forever. and i know how much running means to you

ahh thanks. i miss you too. you are right, that would be a good idea for a study. you should definitely do it sometime when you aren't busy with all of this other stuff that we have to do. (haha).
