Well written and informative article from The Guardian entitled "Brilliantly drawn girls."

No Emma Frost mentioned?!?!

But, anyways, wow...I used to live 20 minutes away from New Haven, CT. I lived in Brookfield.

Tricks are for Chicks!

I can't believe they didn't mention Emma Frost either. Maybe because the Greg Horn-covered mini-series is no longer running and she wasn't in her own solo monthly?

She is kicking so much ass lately though, isn't she? God, Joss Whedon totally nailed her tone in Astonishing X-Men.

"I'm a diamond, Miss Pryde. I'm my own best friend."

Thanks for the reply, glad you noticed the friending. I really like the design of your page, not to mention the subject matter ; P

Hmm...well, Emma Frost isn't "that" popular of a character, though she is becoming increasingly popular! I actually like her status as of now - not-so-popular, yet popular in her own surroundings.

Yeah, Joss Whedon is my idol for writing Emma the way he does. It really is amazing. Torn kicked ass and really showed Emma's true character.
