"Heartless Hartford"

Per an article in a Colorado newspaper:

Let's agree there's probably no good place to get yourself mowed down by a hit-and-run driver.

But if you have a choice, you might want to avoid Hartford, Conn., where drivers and passers-by opted not to dash to the aid of a 78-year-old man who was struck as he was crossing the street.

I couldn't even read the story in the Buffalo News today, let alone watch the video. And to think that some day I want to have a family in this world.
