Weekend Wrap Up
What a lovely weekend. We went to Mittagong, Bowral, Berrima and Fitzroy Falls. Did some bushwalking, stayed at a B&B and saw lots of history, you really miss that in canberra. The old buildings, the 'Main Street' landscape. Had incredible steak at the Royal hotel. Said hi to the Don and found out that the ashes series started as a joke by some ( Read more... ) -

home from adelaide, it was a great productive and exhausting time. I got only about a 3rd of what i wanted to get done. had emergency releases going on in the meantime which took up nealy a full day from them. But everyone was really nice and appreciatvie ( Read more... ) -

MOnday
made it through most of the day without eating shit.. actualy made it through the WHOLE DAY. I added extra toast at the end of the day (8 slices of bread all up, thats a lot of bread) but at least it wasn't mud cake and apple cake ( Read more... ) -

93.5 -gain of 1.1 kgs... what has this taught me... many cakes, chocolates, morning teas, parties, softdrinks and cakes will not be a healthy choice even if you are excersising ( Read more... )
