forgot that it was halloween today until earlier this evening, when cale, chris and i were sitting on the porch having a smoke. a young girl was trick-or-treating with her mother in our complex and was going door-to-door. after seeing us outside mired in debauchery, she chose instead to pass our door and head elsewhere ( Read more... )

gone all week to teach a high school band camp in the middle of mcfuckingnowhere. back on saturday.

hopefully my phone will have service, it'll be 70 degrees every day, and my cigars won't get here until saturday.

cross those fingers and wait patiently for pics of my farmer's tan.

Well, as many of you know, my grandmother's health had declined rapidly over the past few months, and last Monday was her last day here with us. She passed away peacefully at 87 years old, surrounded by family and under the watch of a very caring medical staff ( Read more... )
