Dual Disc has got to be one of the worst ideas concieved by the recording industry. I have avoided these CDs because I felt I didn't need to shell out 5 extra bucks for a CD that contained a DVD side which featured the album in 5.1 Dolby Surround Stereo and maybe a music video of the first single. Plus, I think it robs you of the original artwork

I think you should contact the customer service number for whoever it is that pressed the disc. Maybe they'll send you a new one? Probably not, but maybe if you complain enough, they'll do something for you.
