Julia is at the new sitter's for the first time today. I dropped her off around 7:30 this morning. I didn't get a lot of sleep last night worrying about it, but as most things turn out, it was fine this morning. Didn't feel like crying, just a little sad that I had to leave her with a stranger. I was going to ask you today when your first day droppin her off was going to be. I understand why you're nervous but in a couple of weeks you'll be used to the idea.

...I actually just said the same thing to John in an email. Once it's permanent and she's there every day, and I've picked her up after work and see for myself that she's okay..I'll be fine, too.

And I bought them a few weeks ago. I'm in my sexy outfit today. Brand new black filmy pants with my black fishnets underneath, black sweater with the fake button-down shirt underneath. The fake shirt is black with white polka dots that sticks out at the collar and cuffs.

Ohh, I love me some fishnet stockings. They do make a girl feel sexy that's for sure. I feel my sexiest when I'm wearing a great pair of jeans with a high, high, high heeled pair of shoes. Throw a tank top in the mix and there's no stopping me.

The fishnets are definitely making me have a little pep in my step today. That and the mile-high shoes I paired with them. I, fortunately for everyone in the world, do NOT wear tank tops alone, but I agree that a pair of very high-heeled shoes with any kind of pant (especially jeans) is a glorious thing.

I'm wearing a pair of super high black heels today with my wide-legged black pants. If it weren't for the bulky pink sweater I'm sure I'd feel super sexy. I don't like sweaters, but hey, at least it's pink. :)

...but unless they're skintight turtlenecks they made me look really bulky. This does not, of course, mean that I'm giving up my roomy gray cableknit fisherman's sweater that I wear at least once a week because it's so darn comfy.

The best thing about my outfit today is that it's completely and totally new! Even the shoes are semi-new, given to me by a generous coworker a few weeks ago.
