Not Sure It's Really Fall Yet....

It's been a pretty mild October so far (I'm not complaining!). We've had only 3 nights below 50 F (10 C) this year and those were the last 3 nights. They ranged from 43 to 48 degrees (6.1 to 8.8) and we've had no frost at all. The only real down side to that is not a lot of color change yet, either. Yes, it's turned a bit milder here, as well ... but. like you, we are beginning to see signs of Autumn. Although we have had some heavy rain over the last 24 hours, so maybe the trees will get stripped before they can show off their lovely colours.

Your tree is currently very pretty - I always envy my American friends the autumn colour - our trees seem to have leaves that begin to dry out to a faded green, or occasionally a plain brown, then they blown off at that point.
