Question about FENUGREEK

Do you take fenugreek? I've been taking 15 caps/day (5 with each meal) - each capsule has 425mg of fenugreek. The stuff I've been taking is from Herb Lore - $39 for 400 capsules. I'm looking for something cheaper but equally potent. Any recs?

That IS a lot! Wow! You are taking almost 2x the recommended amount!

I get mine at GNC. I get 200 (610mg) capsules for 12.99, but a lot of times, GNC runs a B1G1 half off sale, so that's a great time to buy!Also, with each capsule being 610mg, I only have to take 2 capsules 3x per day. Much easier to swallow! :)

That's a high dosage! No wonder you're going through them fast. I get mine at a local health food store. Nature's Way brand, $12.49 for 180 capsules, 610mg. I take 3 pills 3 times a day.
