as long as you use your privacy settings on LJ, FB or flickr, you should be okay. don't post any nude or semi-nude pics though.

Glad to hear you're still pumping... I think sometimes knowing it is okay to stop just makes things easier... you feel more in control, rather than Oh my gosh, I have to pump X amount" If that makes any sense.

Good luck to your DH. I can imagine that is stressful, but I'm sure he'll do fine.

As for posting pictures, I think the biggest thing is that you know who all your friends are on your list...if they haven't posted in forever, then I would recommend removing them...other than that, you should be fine.
