We visited a solar farm north of Sendai City, on the coast which of course had also been affected by the March 2011 disaster. This facility had been mainly constructed before the tsunami, but it was built next to an LNG power plant that was flooded as high as 5 meters. The workers were telling us how they were trapped inside on the upper floors

But for the fact that we saw videos of the tsunami flooding, I would have dismissed that flood line as unbelievable. Wow.
