its a gift exchange. last year i did a system of free, small or medium gifts and it was an even exchange

for instance

free is usually icons, banners and graphic stuff
small is from $1-$5
medium is from $6 - $10

this time I'll probably make a large category for stuff more than $10

It's pretty fun. I got some really cute and fun stuff last year.
