Alright so Michelle and I made resoutions for the year 2005. they are for me as follows.
1. Mantain a weight of 180-188 lbs, lift weights everyday, and get into descent shape, be confident without a shirt on, be ripped, be perfect for Michelle. Maintain a size 32. Weight gain due to muscle growth and development is okay.
