Gosh - is it rearlly six months since I posted anything new? I never really did get the hang of LJ.

I'm not that frequent a poster but I still use LJ fairly regularly for a few specific reasons.

Partly it's to keep in touch with people who aren't on FB/Cix, but it's also WAY better than FB/Cix at handling longer posts.

It's also much better than FB's Note editor at letting me write posts which I've set FB to scrape and copy over as Notes, and it lets me write FB notes without giving FB all my photos. (-:
