Our small little town is growing! The town consists of possibly around 100 homes and is an old town. Then.. their's my neighborhood, which when completed is slated for approximately 200 homes ( Read more... )

How about questions regarding infrastructure and traffic? Are there plans in place to handle the increase in traffic from the new residents? Sewage and water are also perfectly reasonable topics to ask about.

That's a my story and I'm sticking to it. :-)

I was definitely going to suggest traffic, too.

Thanks, we weren't the only ones with sewage concerns! lol

I did stand and voice my concerns about the increase in size to our little community. The answers were general, but I'm hoping it gives the other councillors something to think about too.
