What is your favorite Salad Dressing?

I normally like a nice Garlicy oil and vinegar dressing.  However, lately I have been craving Green Goddess.  I finally had to break down and buy some.  Of course, I have 12 bottles of salad dressing in my fridge (okay, maybe 20) and had to have one more.

Salad dressing? A good ranch'll do me, but I prefer lots of cubed ham and shredded cheese -- thereby voiding any and all potential Good Girl points gained by choking down a fresh green salad.

It changes. I like a catalina french, this one tomato-y italian one that wishbone was making for a while.. don't know if they still are, and a good ranch, preferably a garlicky one.

Yeah, we have 5 or 6 half bottles of various salad dressings in our fridge right now.

I remember my mom making two distinct dressings. The first was the standard Good Seasons Italian dressing from the packet where you mixed the oil, vinegar and water in the special carafe then put in the seasoning packet and shook it up. The other dressing was her homemade one. All she did was take a big lettuce leaf, top it with a thick slice of tomato then mix Miracle Whip together with some cream/milk then plop a huge dollop of that down on the lettuce/tomato.

Heaven.
