I assume I did not post here for ages and did not check other journales for decades... at least it feels like this. Well, forgive me (the few I know here) but life has not been too good to me lately. But no whining - things could be worse.
The new job is going well so far but then: it is still just the first month there. We will see how it will go ( Read more... )

It is good to read you, dear Sweet Pea! *hugs* Thankfully you have checked in on the forum a bit, so I knew you were busy and not feeling well among other things. I hope the leg has improved at least??

So very glad to hear that the new job is going well and the relationship as well!! You deserve it!! I want to hear more about the new love in your life *winks*

I have not seen The Great Gatsby yet - glad to hear that it is worth a theater visit! We went to see Star Trek last night and it was great!

I have continued to post in my journal regularly, so if you do have time, you can catch up on my activities there. *laughs*

Hope to have some time to write again next month....have you done anything else yourself?

Much love!!

Seems that bad news will not end 2013... might be that Amadeus has a tumor on his paw. Not sure yet though.

The back/leg is not that bad anymore. I had my MRT now and it is indeed a herniated disk. So at least I know what it is now. My physiotherapy will start on Wednesday.

Ah well, what can I say? (we are no teeange lovers anymore, so no hearts are flying around our heads the whole day) He is two years older than I am, has a dog too and works for the police (I bet you have pictures in mind now *laughs*). He is very friendly, handsome (in my opinion of course) and down-to-earth - which is the best thing ever! He knows how the world goes and this is what I was looking for.

At the moment I do not write on my own (although there would be ideas) because I still find it pretty boring. I joined another RP with some guys (playing on a ship in the 18th century, based on movies like "Master & Commander" and this stuff. Unfortunately it is in my native language - so no link would be usable).

Do not work too much, dear!
Love
Charlie.

Oh gosh - hopefully for Amadeus (and you!) it will be a simple surgery to remove it from his paw. One of our dogs had one between her toes that was successfully removed without much trouble. I will keep my fingers crossed ( ... )

We will wait another few days to see if the paw will get better. If the situation will not change we will have to remove it and see if it is something really bad. So I will know more at the end of the week ( ... )

Hi darlin!

I am sorry you're still working with problems on your back and legs. Did you find any Arnica? Try that as a topical rub - it works really well for me.

I want to see Gatsby - I love the book, and I love Baz Luhrman, so I'm sure I'll go shortly. Possibly next weekend.

*hugs* and I hope to talk to you soon!

I have several things at home. Acupuncture worked for me so far but now as I know that it is a herniated disk I will have to start with physiotherapy immediatly. Life is a devil sometimes.

You will love that movie then. A lot of impressions and pictures to enjoy...

Take care dear!
Charlie.

Lovely to see you here! Have been wondering how you've been doing.

So glad to hear that all is well in the love department *g*, and new jobs do take some time to get used to, so don't be so hard on yourself.

Sorry to hear about your back and leg! Physical therapy will definitely help with that.

And the weather here is horrid too..I commiserate! : (

Thank you dear - I just had no calm moment to sit down (mostly because I was unable to sit at all) and check LJ. But well, I am back *g*
Gosh yes, new jobs take time! But it is not too bad and the people are really kind and open.

Take care and see you around!
Charlie.
