Mmm, I love puff pastry. My favorite party dish is to wrap it around a wheel of brie that's been sliced into two layers, then had a filling of some sort sandwiched between the layers. Wrap it in puff pastry, give it an egg wash, bake until golden, drizzle with honey or maple syrup if it's a sweet filling, devour.
