Record Notes:

- First expulsion was due to a fight in the classroom. Suki claims to have not started it, but after threatening to set the classroom on fire and stab the opposing student (Juan Fernandez), she was expelled and seen as a "threat".

- She was nearly expelled in third grade due to improper behavior. One incident in her teacher's file speaks of a day when she decided not to leave the playground and had to be forcefully removed.

- Also in third grade, marks similar to cuts were found on her arm. When asked about them, she refused to reply. A potential abuse case was opened, in which the attendees at Amberton discovered that the most likely cause was bullying from the older children. The problem was resolved peacefully.

- There were odd periods of proper behavior, most noticably being between middle of 4th grade and early 6th. Her therapist reported "odd behavior" and asked each teacher to watch her carefully, but she seemed well-behaved and avoided much trouble besides detention. Her teachers believe that Suki is capable of change under the right circumstances.

- A teacher discovered cut marks on her skin in early sixth grade. Suki, age 13, had recently discovered the act of "cutting". She began seeing Martha Green (school counselor, grades 5-6) for weekly Tuesday sessions. Ms. Green deduced that most of this was an improper reaction to stress from a girl who seemed quite lonely, and suggested more group activities and organizations. Suki joined the choir club and attended one meeting before quitting.

- Regarding her expulsion from DEJH: The drug found in her locker was marijuana. The scent was also found on her sweater the day of the investigation, but her test came out clean. It led the police to think that she had been holding it for someone and not taking it herself; the school's zero-tolerance policy required expulsion, which she accepted with a written apology, but it was a forgivable offense.

- Suki has had a total of nine separate absences from school due to hospitalization. The records are unclear but all signs point to accidental poisoning.

In short: Suki isn't a bad child, but she has difficulty understanding limits and acceptable behavior. All tests to diagnose her for any sort of proper medical treatment have been deemed inconclusive, but her teachers found that patience tends to outwit any stubborn child.

* Her transfer to Reims Academy was done on a special arrangement. The facilitators at Amberton believe spending time away from such an atmosphere may do well for her; she's "troubled", not incapable. If she can manage to keep her grades at a B-average (80% or above), she will be permitted to continue attending and, hopefully, graduate.

Although she will have graduated from the foster system upon her senior year, Amberton Children's Home has agreed to take upon any charges and will continue paying whichever fees necessary for Suki to continue attending the Academy. Her scholarship covers full tuition, room & board, and meal plan. Amberton is in charge of spending cash and miscellaneous monetary needs.

* She is very adamant against the possibility of adoption.
